CUSEC Public Health Issues in Disaster Response:
The Central United States Earthquake Consortium (CUSEC) and the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have collaborated to develop a one-day
course titled "Disaster Medicine 101." This presentation will be a
summary brief of the Disaster Medicine 101 course and will provide an overview
of public health concepts related to the earthquake threat in the New Madrid
Seismic Zone.
