Exhibition Hours:
The Exhibit Hall will be open during the entire conference.You should plan to man your booth
specifically during breaks and the reception. These events are held in and
around the exhibit hall to provide as much exposure as possible.Other times are at your discretion, so
that you may participate in conference sessions.

Havener Center has wireless Internet connectivity, which may require
registering your computer with the system.Other services are available at an
additional cost – please contact Distance and Continuing Education to arrange

Storage space is limited.Items
for your exhibit booth should be shipped to arrive no earlier than Monday,
August 11, 2008.
