Exhibitors must fill out the Exhibitor Reservation Form along with online registration and payment.

Provisions:

• Full registration privileges for one individual – admission to all conference events, breaks/refreshments, reception and lunches.
• 8’ wide x 6’ deep floor space
• 6’ draped table
• One electric power (110v) outlet

Set Up and Tear Down:
The Exhibit Hall is located in Carver/Turner, Havener Center

Exhibit booths may be set up from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2008
Conference adjourns at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008
Exhibit Hall must be cleared by 7:00 p.m. August 14, 2008

Exhibition Hours:
The Exhibit Hall will be open during the entire conference. You should plan to man your booth specifically during breaks and the reception. These events are held in and around the exhibit hall to provide as much exposure as possible. Other times are at your discretion, so that you may participate in conference sessions.

Wednesday, August 13 through Thursday, August 14, 2008
8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily

Wednesday, August 13 – Networking Reception
5:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Additional Services:
Havener Center has wireless Internet connectivity, which may require registering your computer with the system. Other services are available at an additional cost – please contact Distance and Continuing Education to arrange details.

Shipping:
Storage space is limited. Items for your exhibit booth should be shipped to arrive no earlier than Monday, August 11, 2008.
